Guests are kindly requested to provide their passports with a valid entry visa or their identity card (for Vietnamese citizens) to the reception for check-in formalities.
The hotel shall only be responsible for valuables and money entrusted to the reception with a receipt provided.
It is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable items, narcotics, prohibited goods, animals, or bulky assets into the hotel.
We offer cleaning and laundry services; guests are kindly requested not to cook or do laundry in their rooms.
When leaving your room, please lock the door carefully and keep your key card with you. A charge will apply for lost key cards.
Visitors should be received in the hotel lobby unless approved by the reception.
Guests are not allowed to use guest rooms as liaison offices or move furniture and equipment to another room. Any loss or damage caused to hotel assets will result in indemnification at current rates.
Guests are not permitted to exchange rooms, allow others to use their rooms, or share their rooms with additional people. In case of any need, guests must inform and get approval from the reception.
Please maintain quiet and peaceful conduct to respect other guests staying at the hotel.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests should be informed and approved by the reception; otherwise, an additional one-night room charge will be applied.
Guests who violate these regulations will be subject to penalties according to the rules and may have their room rental contracts unilaterally canceled by the hotel.
